UC Davis Magazine Publicity Guidelines
UC Davis Magazine is published quarterly by UC Davis and sent to approximately 190,000 alumni, faculty, parents of students, donors and other friends of the campus. It contains news about the people and programs of UC Davis and about issues in higher education. More information can be found in the magazine's Statement of Purpose.
If you are not affiliated with the campus but would like to receive the magazine, please join the Cal Aggie Alumni Association as an associate member. For membership information, call (530) 752-0286 or (800) 752-GRAD.
Guidelines for submissions
Calendar items
We welcome information about campus events open to the public and of interest to a general audience. For inclusion in our calendar, information must be submitted approximately two months in advance. To submit an item go to the calendar form Web site or e-mail submissions to calendar@ucdavis.edu.
Letters
We welcome letters commenting on the magazine's content or on other campus issues of immediate importance to our audience. More information can be found in our Letters Policy.
News and story ideas
We welcome your ideas for stories about the campus and its alumni. E-mail us with your suggestion.
