News Service: Subscribe to "GetNews@ucdavis.edu" for campus stories
"GetNews@ucdavis.edu" is a self-subscribing listproc that allows subscribers to electronically receive the latest news at the same time as journalists.
To subscribe:
- e-mail listproc@ucdavis.edu
- put "SUBSCRIBE GETNEWS first name last name" in the body of the message (without quote marks); no subject line is needed
- a response will be sent confirming your subscription
To signoff from the list
- e-mail to with the following request: "SIGNOFF GETNEWS" or "UNSUBSCRIBE GETNEWS"
The News Service issues on average between six and 12 news releases a week. All current and former news releases are also available on the Web.
